What is 24Squad?
24Squad is a team of passionate specialists, led by Renish Mithani, based in Palitana, Gujarat, India. Founded in 2020, we build and operate AI-first startups serving Indian SMBs across finance, real estate, HR and payroll, digital marketing, web services, and hospitality technology.
Unlike an accelerator or venture fund, 24Squad is an active team — we build, run, and scale the startups directly. The shared model allows shared infrastructure, talent, and brand across the portfolio.
24Squad currently operates 8 startups. The group is founder-led and self-funded, with a focus on sectors where Indian SMBs face underserved software and services needs.
